Product Description
A solvent based pigmented coating based on a polyvinyl acetate copolymer resin. Formulated to provide excellent adhesion to bitumen based systems with no bleed through.
Intended Uses
Solar reflective UV stable roof coating, specially formulated for use on bituminous substrates, especially mastic.
Application
Can be applied using a brush, roller or airless spray.
Repairs to cracks, holes etc., must be carried out prior to coating. Fungus mould or lichens must be removed, additional protection against fungal spores can be achieved by applying a Corline fungicidal wash solution. Oil or grease can be removed using Corclean.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all loose debris, latence or surface contamination.
Repairs to cracks, holes etc, must be carried out prior to coating. Fungus mould or lichens must be removed. Additional protection against fungal spores can be achieved by applying Corwash fungicidal solution. Oil or grease can be removed using Corclean.
Priming
No primer is necessary for clean, dry surfaces our product is designed to provide a solar reflective finish for MASTIC ASPHALT and all types of Felt without bleed through. It can itself be used as a primer or isolation layer when applying products with aggressive solvents, likely to cause bleed through, over bituminous surface.
Safety precautions
A copy of the relevant MSDS must be consulted prior to use. Ensure safe working practices at all times. Generally avoid skin & eye contact by wearing gloves & goggles. Ensure good ventilation. If applied in confined areas use air-fed masks.
Store away from flames. Do not smoke or eat in the vicinity of the work. Wash hands before eating .Refer to supply container for additional warning labels.
