Product description   
A powerful sodium hypochlorite solution for the removal of organic growth and most staining on masonry and surfaces

Uses   
Cleaning of concrete, brick, roof tiles, asbestos cement and most masonry surfaces to remove organic growth and staining.  Ideal for use in surface preparation prior to application of coatings

Drying time  
Allow approximately 24 hours before thoroughly rinsing surface with clean water.  Any residual loosened materials should be scrubbed away or high pressure cleaned
Over-coating  time    Rinsed surfaces must be completely dry before applying coatings.
Minimum application temperature    Air and surface temperature should be 5°C and rising.
Do not apply during damp or frosty weather or when rain is imminent

Method of application    
Apply using synthetic brush or plastic watering can with fine rose.
Preparation    Remove heavy organic growth and any loose material using a stiff bristled brush, scraping or high pressure washing.
Protect metal surfaces and plants from splashes or run-off.

Storage life    
Min. 6 months in original sealed containers.
Protect from frost and direct heat

Thinning/cleaning   
Dilution not normally required.  Use up to 4 parts clean water where weaker solutions are required.
Wash equipment with clean water immediately after use with water
