DUGGANITE  MASONRY FINISH

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dugganite Masonry Finish is a water based coating of  the highest quality with quite remarkable “ self – cleansing “ properties.  It is based on an Acrylic Copolymer, incorporating top quality pigments and re-inforcing agents.

USES
As a durable external decorative finish designed to protect and decorate areas of concrete, cement render, roughcast etc., particularly in situations where atmospheric pollution is a problem.

PREPARATION
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Remove loose and flaking material. All organic growth must be removed by vigorous brushing or high-pressure water jet equipment. The spores must then be killed by application of DUGGANITE BIOCIDE as directed. In cases of heavy organic growth it will be necessary to use additional applications of DUGGANITE BIOCIDE.  All hairline cracks and crazes should be filled with DUGGANITE D80 COMPOUND  as directed.
Apply a single coat of Dugganite D20 Basecoat as directed.

APPLICATION
Dugganite Masonry Finish is formulated ready for use by application with brush or roller.
If aIrless spray equipment is to be used please contact the Technical department
of Corline Coatings Ltd.   Dugganite Masonry Finish should not be used if rain is imminent or at temperatures
below 5 ° C.  Frost should not be allowed to form on the drying coating.

THEORECTICAL COVERAGE
This will vary considerably with the surface profile and the porosity of the substrate.
Coverage should be in the region of 40 sq. meters per 5 litres.

CONTAINER SIZES
5 and 10 Litre sizes .

COLOURS
BS 4800 range. Other colours available on request.

DRYING TIME
Allow overnight drying between coats.

CLEANER
All equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

SAFETY
Ensure safe working practices at all times.
The use of a good filter mask is recommended when spraying.
Splashes in the eye must be washed out a once with plenty of clean water.
The use of gloves and head covering is recommended.

SHELF LIFE
12 months from date of manufacture, in the original and unopened container.

STORAGE
Protect from frost. NOTE:    Do not apply DUGGANITE MASONRY FINISH if rain is imminent or at temperatures below 5 ° C
